Google Talk for iPhone/Touch

Google has now created an iPhone/Touch-optimized Web portal for Google Talk. It looks something like the picture above, but even better on your iPhone/Touch. I can usually fool Web sites into thinking that I’m using an iPhone when accessing them on my PC in order to take screen shots, but Google is too smart for me! So the image above is actually of the GoogleTalk gadget- again, close to what you’ll see on your device, but not as nice.

Hay, damn, how does google know we are spoofing from a PC? They must be using the IP to determine if you come from a common ISP or a mobile operator network….

Oh oh, I found it at last, you basically go through m.gmail.com, or google.com/m and click through to gtalk (choose USA as country), then it takes you to the real url, because google.com/talk doesn’t work:
