I wrote about Mippin a few weeks ago and praised it as a model for other iPhone/Touch Web applications. Well, the other day the head Mippin, Scott, emailed asking me to look at it again as they just gone through a “polishing” exercise to make it even better. I did so, and wow, they actually did make it better. The interface is more consistent throughout the site, but most importantly to me is that it is now really fast! One problem with a lot of Web applications for the iPhone/Touch is that they tend to be a little slow. That’s not the case with Mippin. So if you haven’t checked it out yet, or haven’t for a while, be sure to do so. I think you’ll be as impressed as I was.
