I really love voice-enabled iPhone applications. They are so easy to use, even when driving. I’m a huge fan of both ReQall and Vlingo for that very reason. Between those two applications I’m able to save ToDos, make a phone call, search the Web, find locations with the Maps application, and post to Twitter and Facebook – all by voice. What I was missing was the ability to send email by voice input. QuickVoice Pro now meets that need.
This program allows you to input your email message via voice. It will then send a voice-to-text translation of what you spoke to your recipient, along with an attachment containing an audio file of what you actually spoke. The translation is quite good, but it’s really nice that it also sends the audio file – just in case the translation ends up being bad.
I’m really enjoying this latest addition to my suite of voice-enabled iPhone applications!
